DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Payment must be cleared before an order can be shipped. If you wish to cancel or change your order then please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time we may have already sent your order.
Prices include Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class delivery in the UK. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
I ship worldwide. Please contact me for shipping costs.

Although it very rarely happens; If your order becomes lost during shipment, we will do everything we can to help locate & resolve the situation. Lost orders will either be replaced or refunded.
Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect:
If your order is damaged/ incorrect/ faulty then we ask that you report the issue to us within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos, then upon our agreement return the item to us via standard rate shipping (please obtain a proof of shipping & receipt for your records). We will then replace/refund your order and your return shipping costs.
Orders that have been cut/altered/damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for return/refund/exchange.
Personalised & Custom orders:
They are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged (unless faulty).
Change of mind:
Please inform us of your decision to return within 14 days of receiving your order. As soon as we receive the item back in its original condition we shall issue you a refund. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer and we require that you obtain a proof of posting when you send your order back. Please discuss before sending, item must be in original condition.
